King Salman receives governors of administrative regions

JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman received Wednesday at Al-Salam Palace here, in the presence of Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister, and minister of defense, the governors of the Kingdom's administrative regions to mark their annual 29th meeting.

The meeting was attended by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, governor of Makkah Region, Prince Mohammed Bin Nasser, governor of Jazan Region, Prince Faisal Bin Bandar, governor of Riyadh Region, and Prince Fahd Bin Sultan, Governor of Tabuk region.

Also in attendance were Prince Saud Bin Nayef, governor of the Eastern Region, Jalawi Bin Abdulaziz Bin Musaed, governor of Najran Region, Prince Dr. Faisal Bin Mishaal Bin Saud, governor of Qassim Region, Prince Dr. Hussam Bin Saud, governor of Al Baha Region, and Prince Turki Bin Talal, governor of Asir Region.

Also present were Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saad, governor of Hail Region, Prince Faisal Bin Salman, governor of Madinah Region, and Prince Faisal Bin Nawaf, governor of Al Jouf Region.

During the reception, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was briefed on the most prominent topics addressed by the 29th annual meeting of regional governors.

The Monarch praised the governors’ efforts to serve the country, citizens, and residents, and their keenness to do everything in their capacity that would achieve the desired aspirations and comprehensive development.

The reception was also attended by Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, Deputy Minister of Interior Dr. Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Dr. Hisham Bin Abdulrahman Al-Falih. — SPA
