HAIL — Civil Defense teams rescued a young man who was trapped inside a water tank in his house. Spokesman for Hail Civil Defense Maj. Nafei Al-Makhlafi said the young man was in the tank to clean it but got trapped. He added that the young man's father notified the Civil Defense. The man was rescued and did not suffer any injuries.
