JEDDAH — In accord with their yearly tradition, Khak-e-Taiba Trust (KTT) hosted an Iftar party, which was attended by more than 400 people, yesterday at a local restaurant.
Several prominent community members and officials from the Indian Consulate attended the Iftar. Before breaking the fast, Professor of Islamic Law at Jamia Nizamia Mufti Syed Ziauddin Naqshbandi and President at Darul Qaza Wal Ifta at Jamia Nizamia Mufti Sadiq Mohiuddin spoke to the guests about the importance of Ramadan and fasting. A supplication was also made by Ziauddin Naqshbandi and Sadiq Mohiuddin.
KTT Trustees Mohammed Shameem Kausar, Aijaz Ahmed Khan and Syed Khaja Viqaruddin along with the other officials and youth members of KTT welcomed the guests.
