BAHA — The Civil Defense rescue personnel saved young man whose car had swerved off the road and fell into a ravine while driving toward Maseer village in Al-Mandaq governorate. Baha Civil Defense spokesman Lt. Col. Abdullah Al-Thabyah said the car had fallen off a cliff into a deep ravine and rescue units descended to the location in extremely difficult conditions. Rescuers were able to extract the driver from the wreckage, provide first-aid treatment and transport him to Al-Mandaq General Hospital.
