The condemnation was delivered by Permanent Representative of Kuwait to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva Ambassador Nasser Al-Hayen, who spoke on behalf of the GCC states at the opening of the 59th session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva.

Ambassador Al-Hayen affirmed that these Israeli attacks constitute a flagrant violation of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and international norms, reiterating the GCC states' condemnation of Israel's continued brutal aggression against the Palestinian people.

He pointed out that the GCC states emphasize the priority of peaceful conflict resolution and the promotion of dialogue and understanding as essential elements for protecting human rights.
