As a result, the Ministry has suspended the operations of the violating firms and liquidated their bank guarantees to fund alternative transport services for the affected pilgrims.

The Ministry emphasized that these measures aim to ensure continuity of services at approved standards and to safeguard the rights of pilgrims.

As part of its broader efforts to enhance service quality for pilgrims and visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque, the Ministry reiterated the importance of strict adherence to contractual obligations and official guidelines.
