Deputy Hajj minister inspects Iranian pilgrims' accommodations in Makkah

JEDDAH— Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Abdulfattah Mashat on Monday visited the accommodations of Iranian pilgrims in Makkah to assess their conditions and ensure the quality of services provided to them.

The visit is in implementation of the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and based on the recommendation of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman to facilitate all the needs of Iranian pilgrims and provide them with full services until their safe return home.


As part of the visit, Dr. Mashat toured the Iranian Hajj Affairs Office in Makkah and met with Dr. Alireza Bayat, head of Iran Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization. The meeting addressed arrangements and mechanisms to ensure the comfort and safety of Iranian pilgrims throughout their stay in the Kingdom.

Dr. Bayat expressed his deep gratitude for the care and attention Iranian pilgrims receive from the government of Saudi Arabia. He also praised the efforts of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and all relevant authorities to facilitate the pilgrims' journey and ensure their comfort and safety.
