Saudi Gazette report

MAKKAH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched a new feature on the Nusuk application, allowing both pilgrims and Hajj season workers to access electronic certificates for the 1446 AH Hajj season.

The initiative is part of the ministry's ongoing commitment to document the pilgrims' spiritual journey, recognize those who contributed to the season's success, and ultimately serve the pilgrims.

Pilgrims can now electronically issue their Hajj completion certificates through the app immediately after concluding their rituals. The process involves simple steps: logging into the app, selecting a suitable certificate design, and then issuing and saving it digitally.

The service represents a modern documentation method that provides pilgrims with a meaningful symbolic memento of their spiritual experience, embodying the pride of fulfilling the fifth pillar of Islam. The initiative is part of a broader package of digital services offered by the Nusuk app to users worldwide. It aims to elevate the pilgrim experience and enhance technological integration throughout the Hajj journey, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
