RIYADH —
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly condemned the Israeli occupation authorities’ decision to confiscate the land on which the headquarters of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) is located in occupied Jerusalem, with the intent to transform it into a settlement outpost.

Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its rejection of Israel’s continued blatant violations of international laws and resolutions without accountability, as well as its systematic political and military targeting of the United Nations and its relief organizations.

The Kingdom also condemned the endangerment of UNRWA workers’ lives and expressed its support for the agency’s humanitarian mission to provide relief to Palestinian refugees.
