Saudi Crown Prince receives letter from Qatari Emir

RIYADH —
Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman has received a written letter from Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, focusing on bilateral relations.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the letter was accepted on behalf of Prince Faisal bin Farhan, the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, by Waleed El Khereij, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, during a meeting at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh today, in the presence of Qatari Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Bandar Al Attiyah.

The meeting discussed the current ties and cooperation between the two nations, and explored avenues to strengthen and develop them across various sectors, along with addressing issues of mutual interest.
