Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah addressed the 48th Grand Hajj Symposium, reaffirming the Kingdom's commitment to serving pilgrims with devotion and sincerity. He emphasized the King's role as the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

In his speech, Al-Rabiah highlighted the ongoing support of the leadership for improving services for Islam, Muslims, and the annual Hajj pilgrimage.

He noted that the Grand Hajj Symposium, conducted in partnership with the Council of Senior Scholars in Saudi Arabia, signifies a collaborative effort to enhance pilgrimage experiences.

He also mentioned the efforts of various sectors working harmoniously to streamline the pilgrimage process while stressing the importance of compliance with regulations. He announced the launch of an international awareness campaign across over 20 countries to address Hajj violations and fraudulent activities.

Furthermore, Al-Rabiah highlighted that all sectors have implemented a unified awareness campaign titled "No Hajj Without a Valid Permit" to educate people on Hajj instructions and regulations.

He concluded by referencing a historic statement from the Council of Senior Scholars, which emphasized the impermissibility of performing Hajj without a valid permit.
