KUWAIT — Kuwait’s emir Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber on Saturday named Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Sabah as the new crown prince, nearly six months after ascending to the throne, according to KUNA news agency. Sheikh Sabah, 71, previously served as prime minister and foreign minister.
