MADINAH —
Emir of Madinah Region, Prince Salman bin Sultan, recently visited the visitor center at Al-Hijra Road, where pilgrims are received, to inspect the quality of services provided and ensure preparations are in place to receive pilgrims coming to perform Hajj this year.

He was briefed on the workflow and services provided to pilgrims arriving from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and Jeddah Islamic Port, and visiting Madinah after performing their rituals.

To enhance the quality of services for pilgrims, the center displays the bus schedule and completes procedures within 120 seconds. Staff monitor and assist pilgrims in finding their way, and ensure accommodations are ready upon their arrival.

The center includes a transport services center, health clinics, and ambulances. Security, safety, and operational services are offered in the welcome halls, on bus routes, in charitable warehouses, transportation companies, and other administrative buildings related to the center's work and tasks.
