RIYADH — Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University has opened applications for two educational programs, "Arabic Language Courses for General Purposes" and "Welcome to Saudi Arabia," through the "Study in Saudi Arabia" platform.
These programs are aimed at international students from around the globe for the academic year 2024, as part of the university's efforts to enhance cultural and academic exchange, support international students, and enhance their academic experience by developing their personal and professional skills.
The "Arabic Language Courses for General Purposes" program, offered by the Institute for Teaching Arabic to Non-Arabic Speakers, focuses on teaching communicative skills in Arabic, including reading, listening, speaking, and writing, according to global language teaching frameworks.
The "Welcome to Saudi Arabia" program, presented by the English Language Institute, introduces students to Saudi customs and traditions, including social etiquette, Saudi attire, and appropriate greetings.
These initiatives by Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University contribute to the university's strategic goals for 2025, offering innovative academic programs that anticipate the future, lead in knowledge and community impact, enhance the university's international presence, and build bridges of communication with both the local and global community.
The "Study in Saudi Arabia" platform, launched by the Ministry of Education in 2022, aims to attract international students to study in the Kingdom.
It offers students worldwide access to educational opportunities in Saudi Arabia and facilitates their application process by providing comprehensive information about Saudi universities, including the academic programs they offer.
Applications for the "Arabic Language Courses for General Purposes" program are open until April 11, 2024, and for the "Welcome to Saudi Arabia" program from June 1 to June 15, 2024.
