RIYADH — Saudi Arabia's Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman has received in Riyadh France's Minister of Armed Forces Sébastien Lecornu.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the strategic relations between Saudi Arabia and France, in addition to the aspects of cooperation between the two countries in military and defense fields.

Prince Khalid and Lecornu discussed the most notable regional and international developments and the efforts made toward tackling them to enhance security and stability.

The two sides also discussed the latest developments in Gaza and its surroundings, where the Saudi minister stressed the necessity of immediately stopping military operations, sparing innocent lives and to allow the entry of humanitarian aid.

The meeting was attended by a number of officials from both sides.
