JEDDAH — A worker has been transported to the hospital by the air ambulance after he fell from the third floor, east of Jeddah, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) announced.

The Saudi Red Crescent said that the command and control room in the Makkah region had received a report on Wednesday, about a case of a person falling from a building in one of the eastern neighborhoods of Jeddah.

SRCA confirmed that the report was dealt with immediately, as it was passed on to the ambulance teams and the air ambulance to the site, who arrived there in 13 minutes.

Upon checking on the worker, it was found that he was suffering from separate fractures after falling from the third floor of a building, SRCA clarified.

It confirmed that the necessary emergency service was provided to him and he was transferred to the King Abdullah Medical Complex in Jeddah.
