MOGADISHU — Somalia's Minister of Internal Security Mohamed Ahmed Sheikh Ali Doodishe has reiterated his country's support for Saudi Arabia's bid to host the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh.

In a statement to the media on Friday after a meeting by the Advisor at the Saudi Royal Court, Ahmed Kattan, with Somali President Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, Doodishe said his country supported the Kingdom's bid to host the Expo 2030 in Riyadh, as well as holding the first Saudi-African Summit and the fifth Arab-African Summit in Saudi Arabia this year.

For his part, Kattan expressed the Saudi government's appreciation for this support, which emanates from the strong bilateral ties. — SPA
