RIYADH — Saudi customs officers at the Haditha port have foiled two people in their attempt to smuggle 130,635 Captagon pills found hidden in one of the vehicles coming to the Kingdom.

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) explained that Captagon pills were hidden in boxes containing cheese covered with thyme when inspecting the vehicle.

The authority said two people involved were arrested after completing the seizure process in coordination with the General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC).
