The Transport General Authority (TGA) has called on Hajj pilgrims to only deal with its licensed transporters.

TGA clarified that the licensed transporters are subject to several conditions and requirements that would ensure pilgrims have a high-quality means of transportation.

The authority requires the transporters to own modern vehicles, highly efficient drivers, and providing diversified transportation options.

Moreover, the transporters are required to add different payment methods services, the ability to track trips, and not to lose luggage of pilgrims.

It is worth mentioning that TGA has noted that pilgrims can reach the list of licensed transporters through visiting its website, or through contacting them via the following number if they are having any notes or inquiries regarding these services: 19929
