MAKKAH — The Transport General Authority (TGA) has called on Hajj pilgrims to only deal with its licensed transporters.

TGA clarified that the licensed transporters are subject to several conditions and requirements that would ensure pilgrims have a high-quality means of transportation.

The authority requires the transporters to own modern vehicles, highly efficient drivers, and providing diversified transportation options.

Moreover, the transporters are required to add different payment methods services, the ability to track trips, and not to lose luggage of pilgrims.
