JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulations to President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa on the anniversary of his country's Freedom Day.

The King expressed his best felicitations and wished the president constant good health and happiness and the government and people of South Africa steady progress and prosperity.

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman has also sent a cable of congratulations to President Ramaphosa on the occasion.

Also on Thursday, King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman sent separates cables of congratulations to the presidents of Sierra Leone and Togo on their countries' Independence Day.

The Saudi leaders wished good health and happiness to President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone and President Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé of the Republic of Togo and steady progress and prosperity to their peoples. — SPA
