MADINAH — The General Transport Authority has obligated a licensed company in delivering shipments to increase working hours and drivers to meet the customers complaints after failing to fulfill its duties.

The authority explained that its field teams are visiting the company to deal with customers inquiries after the company’s failure to deliver shipments to customers on time and not responding to customer service channels.

It has asked the company to activate the call center and respond to all complaints and inquiries received, and send messages and notifications about delivery times.

The authority confirmed that it follows up on all shipping operations and the level of quality of service provided to customers in all regions of the Kingdom.

It added that it followed up on the delivery of shipments to beneficiaries and developing the necessary procedures to address beneficiary complaints.
