RIYADH — The first group of judges who will join the Administrative Enforcement Court have completed their qualification training program under a proactive plan ahead of the court's launch in Riyadh.

The judges will take charge of the courts when it starts operation in the near future.

The Board of Grievances, represented by the General Department of Judicial Affairs, organized the program, in cooperation with the Judicial Training Center, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Twenty-five judges have benefited from the month-long program held in Sha’ban. The program covered five different training packages that were equivalent to 95 training hours.

The program is aimed at qualifying the judges in the nature of their work in the enforcement courts, as well as in the steps of litigation and maintaining the privacy of rulings and decisions issued by the court.

Within the judicial training plan for the year 1444, the Board of Grievances will also provide training to 75 percent of judges in the board on the basic program in the enforcement judicial sector. This is aimed at spreading awareness about the nature of work in the enforcement courts.
