RIYADH — Saudi National Bank (SNB) has appointed Saeed Mohammed Al-Ghamdi as its new chairman.
Former Bank Chairman Ammar Al-Khudairy resigned on Monday “due to personal reasons,” the bank said.
Talal Ahmed Al-Khereiji will serve now as the new SNB acting CEO, according to a SNB statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
SNB said that the new changes will be effective from March 27. — SG
