More on Kashmir issue

With reference to the article “PRC reinterates call for Kashmir plebicite, repatriation of stranded Pakistanis” on March 28, the Pakistan Repatriation Council (PRC) is doing a great job.
But the problem lies with the governments of India and Pakistan which have ignored the issue for a long time. But they have to know that they need to resolve the issue as early as possible. It is like a disease — easier to cure at an early state rather than later.
