RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s human resources and recruitment companies have launched a specific recruitment initiative to hire Indonesian domestic workers.

The human resource companies stated that the recruitment cost and fees under this initiative amounted to SR19,900, excluding value-added tax (VAT).

The recruitment process will be carried out on payment of recruitment fee in a monthly installment of SR1750, excluding taxes. There will be a 24-month contract, which is renewable at the desire of the employer and the worker.

The recruitment companies pointed out that this initiative comes with the aim of providing a new service to the Saudi market to meet the needs of customers. They also noted that under the scheme, the worker will remain under the company throughout the contract period.
