Saudi Gazette report

RIYADH — The "Here for You (Hadhireen)" platform has confirmed that travelers to Qatar through the Salwa crossing will be sent back if they do not comply with the entry requirements.

Hadhireen revealed in an infographic several requirements that travelers must adhere to, the first of which is for GCC travelers. It states those who are wishing to enter Qatar without obtaining the Hayya card must hold professions approved by Doha.

If the professions of the GCC travelers are not among those approved by Qatar, then they are obligated to issue a Hayya card to be able to enter the country.

Moreover, those who wish to enter Qatar with their own vehicles must obtain a confirmed entry permit for the car. If they arrive at Salwa crossing without obtaining a permit or a confirmed permit, the vehicle will be turned back.

Individuals who want to enter Qatar by bus must have a confirmed reservation for the bus. If a traveler turned out to be without prior reservation, they will be turned back from the entry point.
