SDAIA calls citizens to share feedback on amended personal data protection law

RIYADH — Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) has renewed its invitation to all individuals and entities to share their feedback on the draft amendment to the personal data protection law.

The feedback can be sent through the unified electronic platform for polling the opinions of the public and entities (Istitlaa Platform) of the National Competitiveness Center, no later than 12/20/ 2022.

SDAIA said that this step aims to achieve the highest levels of transparency and to involve the public and entities in supporting and developing the regulatory environment for the data sector in the Kingdom.
