Saudi – China panel discusses ways to enhance bilateral cooperation

Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi co-chaired on Thursday the fourth meeting of the Political and Foreign Affairs Committee under the Saudi – China High-Level Joint Committee, headed by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.

RIYADH — Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi co-chaired on Thursday the fourth meeting of the Political and Foreign Affairs Committee under the Saudi – China High-Level Joint Committee, headed by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.

The meeting, held via video conference, discussed ways to further enhance cooperation between Saudi Arabia and China. They also reviewed the strong bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

During the meeting, the two sides signed the executive working program of the Political Affairs Committee. Deputy Foreign Minister Eng. Walid Al-Khuraji and Undersecretary at the Ministry for Political Affairs Ambassador Dr. Saud Al-Sati also attended the meeting.
