MAKKAH —
A medical team from Ajyad Emergency Hospital, close to the Grand Mosque in Makkah, has succeeded in saving the life of a 72-year-old Malaysian Umrah pilgrim after suffering from severe pneumonia and respiratory failure while performing the pilgrimage.

Hatem Al-Masoudi, spokesman of the Makkah Health Cluster, said that the rapid response team from the hospital dealt with the case quickly when it was transferred to the hospital and provided emergency first aid without any delay.
