TBILISI — Saudi Arabia's embassy in Georgia has announced the medical evacuation of a child to the Kingdom for advanced treatment.

The child was evacuated from the Georgian capital, Tbilisi, by a medevac plane in coordination with the Saudi Ministry of Health on the directives of the Saudi leadership, and with follow-up by Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

The Saudi Embassy in Georgia had announced on 28 August the evacuation of a Saudi citizen and his companions, including a child in his family, from Tbilisi to complete their treatment in the Kingdom.
