RIYADH Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has directed to make investments worth $1 billion in Pakistan. This is in confirmation of the Kingdom’s position of supporting the economy of Pakistan as well as its people, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan has informed his Pakistani counterpart Bilawal Bhutto Zardari about the King’s directive when Prince Faisal received a phone call from Bilawal on Thursday.

During the phone conversation, the foreign ministers discussed ways to further enhance the strong bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. They also reviewed the major regional and international issues of common interest.
