RIYADH — Tawakkalna application has launched a new feature enabling individuals to report visual distortion.

The new feature aims to improve the urban landscape in the cities and regions of Saudi Arabia to achieve the concept of smart cities.

This is in addition to the fact that it would help raise the quality of life in the community.

Tawakkalna has launched a visual distortion notification service on the reporting portal section in the application.

This they have done in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRA).

People wishing to report cases of visual deformation, can enter from the reporting portal in the Tawakkalna application, choose the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and then choose the urban landscape improvement feature.

The application will then ask the person to take a picture of the report and then he will be able to choose to submit the report.

Filling out all the fields for the report is also important, and then the person will be able to submit the report and then send the report to the concerned authority

The Urban Landscape Improvement Service enables each person who has submitted complaints to review its status.
