JEDDAH — President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Jeddah on Wednesday.

At King Abdulaziz International Airport, the President was received by Prince Badr bin Sultan, Deputy Governor of the Makkah Region, Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid Al-Falih, and a number of officials.

Earlier, President Mirziyoyev visited the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, where he performed prayers, and was honored to greet the Prophet, peace be upon him, and his two companions.

Also, he visited the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization. Mirziyoyev toured the museum and saw a number of interactive displays on the Prophet's biography. — SPA
