ATHENS — Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama held extensive talks in Athens, Greece, on Wednesday.

The two leaders discussed friendly relations and means of cooperation in various fields and ways to foster them, in addition to reviewing regional and international developments and efforts made in their regard.

The meeting also discussed ways to consolidate the economic partnership between the two countries and boost cooperation between the two sides in the political field and increase bilateral investments and coordination in regional and international issues of common interest.

The Albanian Prime Minister expressed his sincere appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s decision to support his country with an amount of $50 million, and for the Public Investment Fund's intention to explore chances of investment in Albania worth $200-300 million.
