Saudi Gazette report

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Justice has announced that it provided judicial services through the Najiz portal to the Premium Residency holders.

After coordinating with the Premium Residency Center (PRC), the Ministry confirmed that the Premium Residency holders can now benefit from judicial services via Najiz, which is related to documenting the ownership of residential property and documenting the right of usufruct of real estate in Makkah and Madinah.

The PRC offers two types of residency — the annual premium residency and the permanent premium residency — and each of its holders receives a set of benefits.

The Privileged Residency Permit Law was issued on 2019 by a Royal Decree after it was approved by the Council of Ministers, headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman.

The initiative of the Premium Residency aims to achieve the Kingdom’s goals and vision of granting non-Saudis capable of making distinguished contributions to the national economy some privileges and special status over other residents in the Kingdom.

The most important feature of the Premium Residency is that its holders do not require a Saudi sponsor or employer.
