King, Crown Prince condole with Egyptian president on accident victims

JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of condolences to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of Egypt on the painful traffic accident, which took place at Armenia province, leaving several people dead and injured.

In his cable, the Monarch expressed profound condolences and sympathy to the President on the news of the tragic traffic accident.

The King also extended condolences and sympathy to the families and relatives of the deceased, wishing them patience. He prayed for mercy and forgiveness for the deceased and wished a quick recovery for the injured.

He also appealed to Allah Almighty to preserve the President and the people of Egypt from any harm or mischief.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense has sent a similar cable of condolences to President El-Sisi on the painful traffic accident.

In his cable, the Crown Prince expressed deep sympathy to the President and the families and relatives of the deceased while praying for the quick recovery of the diseased.

At least 23 people were killed and 30 others injured Tuesday in a bus accident on the desert road of Minya Province in southern Egypt. — SPA
