RIYADH — The Saudi Human Rights Commission President Dr. Awwad Al-Awwad received Jonathan Kerr, director general of the Middle East and Africa Department at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, at the HRC headquarters here on Thursday. New Zealand's Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Barney Riley also attended the reception.

During the meeting, a number of issues related to the field of human rights were discussed. The two sides reviewed aspects of bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom and New Zealand regarding human rights and ways to support and enhance them.
