April 22, 2022

RAMALLAH — The Israeli occupation forces stormed anew the yards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem soon after the Friday congregational prayers.

They fired, and used a small unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to fire, a volley of tear gas canisters at the worshippers which resulted in 26 suffocations, including nine children.

The figures raised to 57 the number of Palestinians who have suffered suffocation since the small hours of today, according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS).

In defiance of the Israeli brutality, thousands of Palestinians staged a protest rally at Al-Aqsa Mosque yard where they chanted slogans against the Israeli occupation forces. — Agencies
