MAKKAH — The Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, represented by the Holy Kaaba Cloth (Kiswah) Maintenance Administration, Monday implemented works related to tightening the belt and maintenance of the Holy Kaaba cloth (Kiswah), in addition to fixing its sides.

Director of the Holy Kaaba Cloth Maintenance Administration at the Grand Mosque Fahd Al-Jabiri said that the maintenance works included tightening the Holy Kaaba's belt to preserve its features and fixing the sides.

He noted that the administration, throughout the year, carries out several tasks round clock, such as maintenance of the Holy Kaaba's cloth, and tightening the cloth from the four corners. — SPA
