RIYADH — The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulation to Serdar Berdimuhamedow, on winning the presidential elections of Turkmenistan.

Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense, too has sent a cable of congratulation to Serdar Berdimuhamedow, on winning the presidential elections of Turkmenistan.
