RIYADH — The Ministry of Commerce announced on Sunday that all institutions are now allowed to place their various activities in one commercial registry instead of issuing a separate register for each activity.

The Ministry indicated that institutions could add their multiple activities in one commercial registry for institutions in the same region.

Establishments are no longer needed to issue a separate commercial registry for their various activities such as wholesale perfumes, manufacturing auto parts, cultivating ornamental plants and many more, as all these activities can be combined in one commercial registry in the same region.

The ministry's announcement aims to facilitate the practice of commercial work for institutions and enhance transparency and reliability, in addition to improving the commercial environment.

The decision to assemble activities in one commercial registry also aims to reduce the financial burdens on commercial establishments.
