David Beckham — sports legend and artist

No player in sporting history has improved the ideal and typical use of media like the former Manchester United player, David Beckham, who turned it into a school of sports business and marketing.

Beckham became a trailblazer for other players who have benefited following his footsteps in their investment and private lives. Therefore, the Beckham legacy has led him to become the only English global brand.

Beckham stole the attention at the UEFA’s final game between England vs. Italy, where Italy crowned the champion. Everyone noticed the media's interest in reporting Beckham's reactions even though he is a retired player for over a decade.

Beckham, as we can call him a legendary artist (or the most powerful artist) in the sports world, had mapped the road to stardom along with other professional players such as Cristiano Leonardo, who recently returned to Manchester United, which is the star-maker club.

Beckham's lifestyle has become iconic to the point that he stole the spotlight from the game.

The legendary artist turned out to be a perfect example to players and athletes in every popular sport — including basketball as well as the elite sports of golf and polo. This path set a constantly rising economic graph and therefore a perfect social life that could grow toward global splendor.

Lately, Beckham became the global brand ambassador to Maserati, the one he verbally described as "an iconic Italian brand". The partnership resulted in introducing MC20 Fuoriserie edition designed by and for Beckham.

The legendary artist got his inspiration for the design from Miami: he incorporated the colors pink and black to commemorate his team Inter Miami CF.

Following Beckman's fame, his wife Victoria reinforced her fashion brand. Before she met with David, she was a member of the Spice Girls band, which was very famous back in the 90s. After Victoria married David a year before the band broke up, she appeared for the first time as a model before launching her own brand several years later.

While Beckham's brand was constantly stable during the pandemic, his wife faced a huge loss in hers. The couple and the other contributors needed to pump millions of pounds to support Victoria's brand due to Covid restrictions closing down shops for months.

On the contrary, Beckham’s brand maintained its image throughout the pandemic, which drew more attention to his crisis management skills. He had the imagination to decide and expand to non-sports products. In addition to his own success, he managed to keep his wife's brand standing on its feet during the pandemic.
