Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković received on Wednesday Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan in Zagreb.

During the meeting, Prince Faisal conveyed greetings from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman to the prime minister and the Croatian government and people.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed aspects of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Croatia, and ways to enhance and develop them in all fields.

They also discussed opportunities to transfer joint relations to broader horizons in the light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, in order to achieve more prosperity and well-being for the two friendly countries and peoples.

The two sides also discussed mechanisms for developing work and bilateral coordination at all levels, in addition to discussing the most prominent regional and international issues of common interest, and the efforts made by the two countries in this regard.

They stressed the importance of intensifying international efforts aimed to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, and clearing the Middle East from mass destruction weapons with the aim of strengthening international peace and security.
