Crown Prince accorded official welcome in Oman

MUSCAT – Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, was accorded an official welcome on Tuesday on the occasion of his visit to the Sultanate of Oman.

Upon the arrival of the motorcade of the Crown Prince and Oman’s Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik at Al Alam Palace courtyard, the Sultan accompanied the Crown Prince to the Dais of Honour where the Royal Anthem of Saudi Arabia was played, while the artillery fired a 21-gun salute for the Crown Prince.

Then, Oman’s Sultan shook hands with members of the Saudi delegation, wishing them a pleasant stay in their second home Oman.

In his turn, Crown Prince shook hands with some members of the Omani Royal Family, Chairmen of the State Council and Shura Council, ministers, commanders of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) and the Royal Oman Police (ROP).
