RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Case Verification Center has received ISO 9001:2015 certification for the quality management system after thorough inspection by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), announced the Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ).

“This achievement is a culmination of the center and ministry’s efforts to upgrade judicial work and enhance client experience through precise and organized procedures,” said Deputy Minister for Judicial Affairs Salman Al-Fawzan.

“The Case Verification Center has undergone several stages before receiving the certificate, including review and evaluation; preparation for implementation; documentation of the system; implementation of the documented system; internal review; and finally, external review by the ISO,” he added.

Since its establishment on 13 November 2019, the center has performed over 2.4 million verifications for cases received by over 180 Saudi courts. The Center works to expedite decisions on cases, reduce time period for hearings, and facilitate litigation procedures, in order to enhance work efficiency and promote institutional justice. — SPA
