RIYADH — The Saudi Federation for Cyber Security and Programming (SAFCSP) said registration for the largest cyber security event in the region “@Hack“ is now open, scheduled to be held at the end of this month, as part of the activities of the Riyadh Season 2021.

The event is being held in partnership with the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), the Informatech and BlackHat, to address risks of cyber attacks around the world.

This global event will be held in the "Riyadh Front", one of the central entertainment areas in the Riyadh Season 2021, proving to be the most attractive to visitors of all ages, as it will connect global investors and manufacturers with those interested from the Kingdom and its visitors from outside.

The event, which is being held for the first time in the Kingdom, includes unique activities to transfer expertise and develop cybersecurity, by hosting experts from Offensive Security Company for training in information security.

It will also be hosting the “Capture the Flag” challenge, the largest of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa, and the “vulnerabilities reward platform” challenge with prizes amounting to around SR1 million. — SPA
