KSrelief, WFP review joint programs to ensure food security

RIYADH — Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah met at his office in Riyadh on Monday with the Executive Director of the World Food Program (WFP) David Beasley.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed joint programs in the field of food security and overcoming the difficulties facing humanitarian and relief work in various countries of the world.

They also discussed the optimal support mechanism to meet food needs and improve the living conditions of those affected around the world.

The WFP official stressed Saudi Arabia's leading roles in the field of humanitarian work, praising the strategic partnership between the WFP and KSrelief, which contributed to alleviating the suffering of people in many countries. — SPA
