Dr. Al-Rabeeah meets with head of regional delegation of ICRC for GCC countries

RIYADH — Advisor at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah met here Tuesday with the head of regional delegation of the International Red Cross Red Crescent (ICRC) committee for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries Dr. Omar Odeh.

Discussions during the meeting covered issues of mutual importance related to humanitarian and relief affairs between KSrelief and ICRC regional delegation for GCC countries and means to develop them.

Dr. Odeh praised the relations between the two sides in the humanitarian work field, referring to the unique model that KSrelief presented in providing aid and relief for beneficiaries throughout the world.

SDRPY inaugurates

projects in Yemen

Meanwhile, the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) inaugurated Monday a package of development projects in the governorate of Aden.

The projects included rehabilitation and equipment of sports hall, road construction, and dig of 5 wells.

SDRPY has provided more than 204 development projects and initiatives implemented in various Yemeni governorates to serve the Yemeni in 7 basic sectors; education, health, water, transportation, agriculture and fisheries, and capacity building of government institutions. — SPA
