King Salman receives letter from Sultan of Oman

RIYADH — The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman received a written letter from Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq of the Sultanate of Oman, regarding the strong and solid fraternal bilateral relations that bind the two brotherly countries and peoples as well as ways to support and enhance them in various fields at all levels.

Prince Faisal Bin Farhan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, was handed the letter Monday by Omani Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Bin Hamad Bin Hamoud Al-Busaidi during a meeting Monday.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs welcomed the Omani Foreign Minister and his accompanying delegation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Monday.

During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, and ways of enhancing them in various fields, as well as exchanging points of view on the regional and international issues of common interest.

The meeting was attended by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political and Economic Affairs Ambassador Eid Al-Thaqafi. — SPA
