MADINAH — The security authorities in Madinah have arrested three Saudi citizens who are accused of harassing a young woman in a public place in the city, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Lt. Col. Hussain Al-Qahtani, spokesman of Madinah police, said that the culprits were referred to the branch of the Public Prosecution after taking initial legal measures against them.
